OP here, guess I am overthinking it. Thanks for reminding me to stop bring anal retentive lol. I am fussy about personal space, and dislike people touching my things, but that’s a conversation for my therapist.

I don’t think they are doing it intentionally. Most people just don’t think. They just plop stuff down and go. Very little thought with some people. Just move on.

They are being a little rude but you're overthinking.

Maybe look for a more out of the way place to park your stroller if it bothers you (maybe you are picking a spot that is super convenient and so of course there is more traffic/competition for those spaces).

But for the record, I would have zero qualms about moving a stroller that was blocking my access to my own, nor would I care if someone moved my stroller for the same purpose. It's not a car and we're talking about moving it a foot or two out of the way, not taking it for a spin.

You must have some primo stroller parking space and they want that space too. Either move their stroller or park somewhere less desirable.

I completely understand why it would be annoying because I hate when people intrude on my space when it's unnecessary. And I do think a lot of people give zero thought to whether they are being inconsiderate of others. That said, not sure what you can do about it other than park your stroller off by itself to minimize the chance of this happening, or find a different playground.

Maybe they are trying to avoid blocking more play space than needed by keeping the strollers together. I'd assume that
