You can lose weight am million different ways, but the question is how misrable you want to be in the process and how sustainable will it be for the log run.

I've lost 15 pounds in three months by upping my steps and cutting back on consumption while not eliminating anything from my diet - still have a cocktail, still have a cookie but nothing in excess.
Of course, just hearing about a salad blended with milk and water may have curbed my appetite for the remainder of the day.

Eat everything in moderation, and move more. It's the key to successful and sustainable weightloss.
I went to the gym, took a hard HIIT class. Had some watermelon for breakfast. Walked to run a few errands. Ate a bit of ice cream for lunch. Am going to have a giant, massive salad (in a mixing bowl, all for me. Not in a blender) for dinner.
