She did exceed the daily max. The daily max is 3.

A pediatrician had my tween take 4/day for 10 days for a strained tendon in his foot. This is over what the label says but doc said it was ok.

Totally fine. That's a prescription dose and I take it all the time.

My doctor started me on a maximum dose (two tablets) of Aleve twice a day for a week. This morning I absentmindedly took four tablets instead of the two I should have. Is this a problem or can I let it go (and be more careful)?
