Meh. I think it’s pretty tasty. Whole Foods has some decent frozen fish filets. Not fish sticks.

We make them with Trader Joe’s frozen breaded cod. No complaints.

I think this sounds perfect if you’re looking for excellent Baja style without the mess and hassle. Great job, PP!!!

The Melissa Clark tacos in her Dinner book are also really good. No frying.

Easy method: Pan grill some tilapia and store bought mango salsa + some shredded lettuce.

But I prefer to use Mahi Mahi, halibut or cod instead of tilapia.

I use the same one with cod. Turns our perfect every time. I go heavy on the seasoning.

Butter lettuce is a good carb free taco wrap for these too.

This is my favorite:
https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/food-network-kitchen/halibut-fish-tacos-with-cilantro-savoy-slaw-recipe-2107883

The portions are off in my experience, FYI - the 1lb halibut will not feed 4 people, so scale up.

What seasoning blend can I use?

What type of fish is best?

Any ideas, help, recipes
would be appreciated! Thanks.
