This is a more affordable way to get personal training but there will be 2-3 other people working with you and you will pay anywhere between $35-$45 per session. You will also have a personalized program for you goals and it will allow you to work long term with a trainer. If so I own and operate prepare for performance in rockville and we offer semi-private. I work out with Nick at Fitology in Bethesda. They have a great deal right now via group on for five 60-minute personal training sessions for $108. That is how I got started and have now been them for 2+ years. They have many options for packages and the price per session lowers the more you purchase up front. I’ve also worked with Karl and he’s also great. I highly recommend them. And, you can’t beat free parking and the chance to run errands at target or Trader Joe’s.

Hi there! I'm looking for a personal trainer that's not going to break the bank. I'd like to invest to kickstart my fitness again, but some of these trainers quote >$100 per session which is something I can't sustainably afford. Does anyone have any recommendations for good trainers in Montgomery County, MD?
