I’ve been to the one in Miami. I like tasting menus so loved it. It was south beach dressy.

I went to the one in Miami also. It’s good, but insanely expensive and I really hate tapas when I am with more than one other person.

Yes. Been twice. I love it. You need to order 4-6 things per person to be full but it is a fun experience and the food and service is incredible.

When we were there it was mostly foodies, who don't usually dress as nicely as I would like when we're out at a "fancy" restaurant. A dress or dressy slacks are good choices. My husband wore a blazer over a collared shirt.

My husband and I are pretty trim people and about normal appetites. We both ate sandwiches and a piece of pie when we got home. The food at the restaurant was delicious but not quite as much as we needed, I guess. I loved my dish selections, though. I just went online to see if I could remember what I had but it looks like it is just "archives" and not the actual menus. I do remember everything being delicious.

All in all it was enjoyable. I would go again, especially if you are bringing guests who are foodies. There were lots of phone cameras out when we were there. He was not there, obv.

I went to the one in Miami.

I wore a dress and sandals.

It pretty formal performative service which I don’t love but my best friend loves.

It’s a great experience if you rarely eat that way.

The food was amazing and not just 2 bites, that’s silly. But it’s also not Filomena’s where you can’t walk out if you eat everything on your plate,

LOL but you can order more bites right? The whole point of the two bite thing is to get you to pay for lots of plates?

OP here,

I haven't been to Jaleo either.

What were people wearing?

This is definitely not the kind of place I am used to!

We are heading there for someone's birthday, and wondering what to expect.
