I've tried everything and yo-yo'd myself almost to death. I work in Foggy Bottom, so would be interested. FWIW, Noom did nothing for me either (although I did lose almost all the weight twice with WW -- both times it came right back on, and the last time I started losing hair and almost fainting due to living in a calorie deficit for so long). My BMI is 34. Much of my weight is due to medication. I'm super frustrated.
Sending you hugs. I would ask your primary care doctor for a referral. Fwiw mine didn’t seem terribly interested in my struggle to lose weight and clearly thought I had no self control. I really need to try at least something to make this work.
