My family says that the day of the shot, I get very grumpy afterward. It also makes me tired. So now I take it on Saturday evening, about 2 hours before bed & sleep off the worst of my side effects. A little nauseous during the first part of the week or on a new dose, but it wears off by the end of the week.

I've suggested this before, and have gotten flamed for it, but try a pharmacy in a neighborhood that is not socio-economically well-off. I've done this and have never had a problem filing my rx, even back in January/February at the lower doses

I’ve just gotten it filled at my regular Walgreens. There was one refill that was delayed by about 10 days, but otherwise no issues.

It also works on a chemical in the brain that signals hunger. As far as shortage, there may be trouble on the lower dosages as you titrate up. Just shop around to find it. I am on the highest dose and have no trouble through mail order rx program.
An unexpected side effect (benefit) is that it makes wine taste terrible. For me that’s a good thing.
