If your house has extremely weird issues, then no, you don’t want it to sit right now and have a bad listing history when you relist in the spring. Otherwise, list. Our house wasn’t perfect but it was move-in ready and in a great neighborhood on a so-so street. We felt lucky to squeak in.
That’s encouraging. Our home is well maintained, built in 2014 by a great builder. Neighborhood is very family oriented and safe. We are hopeful it sells quickly. Our last home sold in one day. But that was 2019.
