Thank you OP! I was our data coordinator for several years and I saw how much work our Rep did in the middle of the week that most people don't see - so thank you and enjoy your much needed break.

And to PP - it's my youngest's last A meet this morning as well and we're also doing senior recognitions. Hopefully I don't turn into a blubbering mess. We've been an NVSL family for 17 summers.

Thanks OP, most of us sincerely appreciate all that you do! I’m not a rep but I am beyond excited that my kid’s club season and summer season (not NVSL or MCSL) end next Saturday. I need the break more than my kid who is sad to have August off.

You should to totally ask to be team rep person who hates your controlling team rep.

Exactly, our team rep will never let anyone do anything except when she decides. She's so controlling and will not let others help and yet complains..

Both? Yikes. Thank you for your hard work!

I’m just a dive rep and it’s annoying but nothing like swim. Our meets are separate from swim meets, only 1x/week, and they move quickly.

The funny thing is that although our team is very small compared to swim and zero anonymity, there are still parents who think they go into stealth mode if they sit on the opposite side of the deck while the rest of us are volunteering.
