They probably couldn't maintain their shelf space. Jello is Kraft. They dominate other aisles but not the freezer section. I'll bet people stopped buying during the Cosby scandal and they got pushed out of the case in favor of stronger brands, companies and better sellers.

I'm curious about this too. I vaguely remember reading online (could have been here) years ago that it is very hard to get that ice layer with pops made at home.
