Are you now at a normal BMI and looking to drop vanity weight? If so, try time-restricted eating windows: so, eat only three meals a day, each meal lasting no longer than 45 minutes, spaced 5-7 hours apart, with no snacking in between.
If you already do that, then -- without deliberately trying to lower your calorie intake -- try two meals a day, 5-7 hours apart, with no snacks.
