Oh She Glows weekend kale salad: https://ohsheglows.com/2011/06/17/weekend-glow-kale-salad/
Pasta salad
Muffalettas
Caprese salad or Caprese sandwich with arugula and pesto
Charcuterie
Frittata or quiche (premade and stored in cooler)
Not for a post hike. ^^ Who wants kale salad or quchie after an all morning hike??
And definitely not easy to keep cold in a yeti cooler (which is surprisingly not really that deep or big).
Yeti coolers come in many sizes. What a strange comment.
I have the largest size and I still wouldn’t pack salads and crap like that for this kind of trip. It’s not the time or place to be bougie.
We have one of the larger yeti coolers too and it barely holds cans/water (+ ice) for a family of 5.
I think the design compromises depth and space for all the layers of insulation to keep things cold.
