For part time, that sounds right. If it was full time, you could probably get by with a bit less per hour, but part time nannies are hard to come by.

I think $28-32/hr for 2 kids for an experienced nanny is the going rate. Less experienced or illegal below board is probably $26.

Is $30 per hour a reasonable wage for a nanny in charge of generally 2 children (but sometimes 1, sometimes 3 but the third is a teen)? I haven’t hired a nanny in years so I’m trying to feel out what is reasonable.
