75 day and night. I would set it at 78 but DH protests about 75 so that's where it stays.

I set it to 78 day and 72 night. Then at some point after I go to bed, someone puts it down to 62-67. It's likely my teen son. It rarely gets back to 78 before night m. DH prefers it cold anyway.

Office is 64. Car is 59. Home is 78 during the day for the pets. Bedroom window unit is on all night (no temperature setting).

74 day 70 night. Heat in winter is 72 day and 68 at night.

68 day, otherwise sweltering on top floor in our home offices. 66 night.

But it rarely gets to 77. If we feel hot during the day, then we head to the basement, where it's a good 5 degrees cooler.

66 night...I would set it cooler but I don't want to strain the system
