It does depend on what you mean by horribly-
2 hour lunch? Nothing.
Leaving without taking leave? Nothing.
Drinking on the job (but not drunk)?Nothing.
Haven't experienced more serious offenses.
The horrible supervisor who sat in their office all day with the curtains and door shut and never had any idea of what was going on outside of that office recently got promoted.

Oh, and another partner got fired, and the person he hurt was offered free counseling (from licensed therapists, not like from HR) for as long as they wanted.

One partner got a mentor and then ultimately got fired. One partner got "heavily encouraged" to leave, and he did leave to start his own business.
