You’re right! The air quality has been a challenge. I am not running or biking when the AQ was poor. Hoping it stays ok for a while.


I’m pretty cautious myself. I can do all my training indoors and I end up doing a lot of it that way this time of year anyways because of the heat. Especially running.

I'm a cyclist and yes!!! Love riding, even in this weather, and it is less overheating than running

Hard for me not to do outdoor activities even in the heat…I highly recommend a 10 mile bike ride. Feels great! And I know it helps my running too.
