Four Brothers
Wentworth
Landis
Sun Design

All four were incredibly professional. I would recommended any of them, really, they each had their own value.

We chose Four Brothers based on a referral and how they did their design deposits. You can do them in small increments. Where the other companies wanted 10% of the projected project up front for design.

Incredibly happy with the result. They are first class all the way.

Thank you, that is really helpful!

We included them in one of our quotes (we received four) and they were the most expensive across the board.

I don’t think their work is that great. Probably depends which designer on staff you get.

We considered them back in 2017 for an addition project. They've done work in our NW DC neighborhood, which is why I thought to include them in the bidding phase. We ended up choosing another company that was lower priced and seemed to respect my "vision" for the project.

Has anyone used this firm for a design and build large project (addition)? Their portfolio looks really nice but their prices seem on the higher end. If you considered them but went with some one else who did you pick and why?
