I love woolino sleep sacks too, so much, just know thyself as far as if you’re willing to wash them on cold and hang them to dry.

Regarding the video monitor, someone told me that if you are someone prone to anxiety and think you will obsess looking to see if the child is moving/breathing you are better off getting one that just does sound. I am like this, I think I would constantly be looking at it to see if DD was ok. So we did just a regular monitor and it was fine.
She is adopted and a bio sibling died of Sid’s so we were a bit paranoid anyway. She had a fan on in her room for the first year every time she was sleeping.

Our Eufy’s battery died after about a year. It’s not easily replaceable either.

Instead of a video monitor we had a Nest camera. I could watch my husband put the kids to bed when I was traveling. We could see it on our phones or iPads. It records so when unfortunate things like vomiting happen, we can rewind to see what happened.

Dohm white noise machine. Still using it 9 yrs later.

Arms reach co-sleeper. Somehow not putting my feet on the floor in the middle of the night let me go back to sleep easier.

I assume the appeal of pack n plays depends on if you travel and in what context. I found them extremely helpful for visiting the grandparents ages 0-2 but I also got mine for free.

We also got a big expandable play pen that we essentially used to gate in a small room of our house, once the baby was crawling all over the place. Was great to contain the baby for like months 8-15.

I actually love our pack n play! Get one that is two-tier for longevity. The top tier is a bassinet. We have the Bugaboo Stardust.

Agree with a rotating convertible car seat! Totally life changing. We have the Evenflo Revolve 360.

I think about things in terms of cost per use.

Uppababy Vista, Stokke Tripp Trapp - totally worth it. Built to last and used every day, multiple times per day.
