I like your name choices and might have considered them all, but I would have eventually trimmed Alistair and Caspian as too far out for my kid in the U.S. I'd then cut Jasper as being cool but not having good nickname potential to my liking. (Jas? Jazz?) And then Rowan is more unisex than my tastes. So Theodore it would be.

Teddy is an established nickname for Theodore. It was a US President's name, for god's sake. "Claire Bear" is a silly term of endearment. Come on.(DP)

Teddy still sounds stupid and cutesy. And Teddy Roosevelt was born over 150 years ago - just because something was done then, doesn't mean it should be done now.

I recommend choosing something more trendy or popular.

#1 Jasper (unusual but not weird - actually love it!)
#2 Theodore (not sure - Alvin & Chipmunks - but like Ted/Teddy)
#3 Caspian (love Narnia but not this name right now)
#4 Alistair (meh - and tricky ending - STAIR or STIR?)
#5 Rowan (meh squared - people will mispronounce & it's fussy)

Rowan is a girls' name.

I like Rowan and Jasper the best. Then a big gap. Then Theodore. The other two are very much not my style.

Theodore - simple, classic, can't go wrong, but pretty common. Consider Teddy or Ted as a nickname because Theo is VERY popular.
Alistair - an old, posh Englishman wearing a cravat, not my favorite, too stuffy
Caspian - romance novel, maybe too romantic for me
Rowan - sounds Irish (I don't know if it is, just giving impressions), could be hard for little kids to say so I'd have a ready nickname for that
Jasper - cowboy name, I like it, I think my favorite from your list
