I wouldn’t, but only because my toddler was a nightmare past his bedtime and then we paid for it for an entire week of we pushed it…you know your kid, for mine, not worth it.

Nope. A cranky overtired toddler hearing sudden loud noises with hoarded of strangers all around them? Recipe for disaster. They’ll never remember it - might as well wait until they get older and can enjoy.

Obviously yes. That is what normal people do… Lot of whackos on here

I would if there are extra hands (other adults) around to help. Otherwise that's a bit young. At 2.5 my DD enjoyed it and could handle the noise/late bedtime, but even that was borderline.

I personally would not/will not. My toddler can be difficult and especially when we push up on bed time

I wouldn’t (I’m planning to watch what we can see of the fireworks from our balcony with my 4yo after putting my 1.5yo to bed on time) but I don’t think there’s anything wrong with doing this if your kid isn’t the short to have meltdowns and you’re willing to deal with the sleep disruption induced behavior.

No, I don’t want to be chasing around my 2 yo in the dark and then dealing with him inevitably losing it from being up too late. I’ll just wait til he is 4

Same age and with cousins. The toddler is staying behind (as well as any other children who are too tired or misbehaved).

Would you take a 22-month-old to a late evening fireworks show, which would delay bedtime by about 1.5 hours? Older siblings + cousins will be going.

I’m leaning against it but am curious what others think.
