If there's a health issue at play, they can get emergency funding.

Now we’re stuck w fake classrooms that are so tiny without real walls and no sound barriers. APS never learns it’s lesson. Now Taylor kids will be victims to standards based grading and overuse of iPads. Soon enough we’ll reverse that when we see the damage done. APS needs to get back to basics.
