If the school went into Synergy and assigned a long term sub a class than he/she could see the data on the kids they taught. Definitely not the whole school. This access is then revoked once the long term job is finished.

MCPS Sub here - no they can't see that information. Even when serving as a long-term substitute I wasn't privy to that information about students.

Yes, PM has levels of access based on your role. I'm in an elementary school and elementary classroom teachers can only see their students' data. The reading specialist, staff development teacher, math coach, assistant principal and principal all have admin access and can see data for the entire school. Some principals request that grade-level team leaders receive admin access to be able to see their entire grade-level's data but that's the extent. There isn't a way to see data from another school on PM unless you have district level access such as a director or central office employee.

Can resource teachers at other schools, or substitute teachers in the same school, look up kids' standardized test scores (e.g. MAP, mClass, etc.)? We have neighbors who are both and I've heard some suspicious things so I'm curious what they can or cannot do.
