Yes, they have. If you can prove you had an incompetent lawyer that's one way. Easiest to prove if they've been disbarred for it, but if not - maybe they gave advice which goes against industry standards. Depends on the state but in VA it is incredibly difficult to overturn them. Not only that but your agreement most likely has a provision in it that will award attorney fees to the other party if you attempt to challenge it.
