DRY RUB FOR PORK, RIBS, AND CHICKEN
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup sweet paprika
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. onion powder
2 Tbsp. kosher salt
1/4 cup coarse ground black pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1. Whisk together all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl; use your fingers to break up any clumps of brown sugar.
2. Store in a sealed airtight container away from heat and light.
