It's all about the seasonal produce! Peaches, tomatoes, melons, fresh corn!

Tomato sandwiches ARE summer to me. I eat mine with mayo instead of olive oil once or twice a season like my midwestern dad used to.

Tomatoes sliced while still warm from the sun, piled onto Italian bread with salt, pepper, and a little olive oil. Eat standing over the sink.
