+1, I was ready to gush and adore it, but I'm bored. You are paying for square footage and location. I'm sure an amazing designer could really make it sing, but it's hard to even know what the vision would be. It doesn't get great light and the whole thing is so boxy with no apparent flow. For $14m, I'm expecting some beautiful original detail (or carefully reconstructed), high ceilings, large windows, something. It would look better with at least a little personality in the furnishings and decor, but I'm struggling to understand what, other than the size/location, is so appealing here.
