Also some windows have grids and some do not (looking at the windows from the inside pictures). Why would a builder do that? What style is the house?

We are seeing this on all the flips in our NW DC neighborhood - different sized windows on the same facade, no even spacing/symmetry of window placement, etc. Just random window placement dictate by the interior floor plan.

It drives us nuts.


We are also seeing this in northern VA. The lack of even spacing and symmetry of window placement is just bizarre. It's driving us nuts as well. There is one across the street from us now and we just hope they plant some trees to distract from the look of the house.

Yes. The ones over the garage are slight more narrow than the ones on the opposite side of the house.

Based on the siding, the ones on the right are wider than the ones on the left.
