I think can be fine. Not in my current job, but I’ve had opposite sex colleagues who have become good friends . We’re still friends and we all have small kids now, but we’d all be fine with this if it happened as it did back then.

You know the situation better than we do. Was it with a group? While away on business? Are they working on a project together? Did you find out about it after the fact? Is her age and attractiveness level in the range of affair-possible?

You know the situation better than we do. Was it with a group? While away on business? Are they working on a project together? Did you find out about it after the fact? Is her age and attractiveness level in the range of affair-possible?

If yes to all 3 then, yeah, I’d be concerned.
