My ILs in Pittsburgh all say this.
I grew up in Pittsburgh and said this until college. My boyfriend pointed it out and I had no idea it was incorrect. Pittsburgh has a lot of regional quirks.

I know it’s common now, but I hate when people say “myself” when they mean “me.”
“Please come talk to Sarah or myself. Thank you!”

Oxford commas (keep the comma! It changes the meaning of the whole sentence!)
I know the rule for she/her vs. him/her, but sometimes slip up in casual conversation. I didn't learn it correctly growing up and do my best.

If you could only list one. Mine is using her/him in place of he/she. For example, "Her and her husband are going on vacation next week." It is like nails on a chalkboard to me.
