I don't understand. For me watching fitness influencers and body building athletes on IG has helped me tremendously. I've been able to incorporate a lot of exercises into my own routine. It’s also helped me learn how to eat better and meal prep ideas. And that's how I've been able to build muscle (I have a booty now!) and change my body without paying a trainer or nutritionist.
