I can't imagine that nightmare of a commute just to save money on property taxes.


He said he works 100 percent from home. So I guess a once a year drive in for something not a big deal

Delmar is closest Delaware town to DC and Maryland right on border. This house under contract pays $989 a year property tax.

Property taxes are pretty low on MoCo. It is the income tax that is expensive.

Why not move to Delaware? Super cheap property taxes

Looking to stay in maryland. I am in MoCo and the taxes are so high on my house. We lived here to stay close to our jobs but now they’re remote and plan on staying remote.
