I usually get up around 7. I'll have a coffee (nothing fancy) around 9. And will usually eat my first light meal around 10:45. I work at home, so it's not a big deal at all.
I love breakfast food, so it's kind of annoying that I can't really go out for breakfast in the morning. But enough places have brunch or all day breakfast....
