I'm so jealous of the authentic yorkshire puddings! I didn't know you could make with turkey drippings tho.

Subject: Need new dinner ideas
Tonight is pizza night for us as well. I'm making a white pizza with mushrooms, spinach, and shaved beef, and a green salad on the side. Tomorrow is Greek turkey burgers and sweet potato fries.

Well tonight is also pizza for us but I made this this week and my family loved it with green beans and yeast rolls
Pork chops and butter rice. In a casserole dish, dump 1 cup of white rice. Add a can of French onion soup mix, a can of beef consommé , and a stick of butter sliced . Brown some thin pork chops with seasonings and nestle them on top. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for about 45-50 minutes

My teen girls and I made nachos last night with turkey taco meat we prepared, fresh cheese, guacamole, black beans, and the standard toppings (sliced olives, tomatoes, etc.). With baked broccoli and a big green salad on the side. I made mine a taco salad. It was good, lots of quick and easy recipes for nachos online. Very versatile, Dad walked in from work, smiled and said, "Nachos??? Awesome!" It was a crowd pleaser.

Homemade pizza, as it’s Friday.
Best dinner this week was an easy salmon dinner.
Salmon fillets (the long skinny ones are what I use). Bake at 425 for 12 minutes. Meanwhile in a small saucepan bring to boil:
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
4 tsp mustard (with some Chinese hot mustard ideally— I use a mix of Dijon and the Chinese otherwise it is too hot)
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
Boil and stir for a minute, then simmer for a bit.
After salmon cooks for 12 minutes, remove from oven, turn on broiler, spoon about half of sauce over salmon, and broil for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with rest of sauce, rice, green veggie.
Note if you are making a lot of salmon, maybe double the sauce. I always do that as my family likes to put the sauce over rice as well.
