OP, no one can answer your question here (well I highly doubt it). You need to look at the regulations. I'm willing to bet they do not yet have guidance on this. They of course want everyone to lose weight through a balanced diet and mandatory PT, combined with fitness tests.

I have searched for regulations or guidance and cannot find them so they may still be trying to figure this out.

Tricare does not pay for Ozempic for weight loss. However, I can't find information whether the military forbids the use of Ozempic for service members, and whether it would raise red flags for medical readiness and the Periodic Health Assessment. Unfortunately, the Service-specific Health/Wellness Program has not been helpful at all especially for menopausal women. I am seeing a civilian provider (self-pay) who thinks Ozempic would be a good choice but I don't want to break any rules. TIA.
