Everything is dependent on how much I drink. I drink quite a bit to avoid kidney stones. I drink a glass of water at bedtime to ensure I get up in the night to pee- per instructions of my urologist. During the day, I generally pee everytime I get up to walk around, which is hourly.

There really aren’t, PP. This isn’t systemic estrogen, where you need to have a convo with your doc about your particularized risks. Localized vaginal estrogen stays in the local tissues. If you want you can look up position statements on localized estrogen with any menopause medical society.

It’s especially important for women who are put into early menopause because of cancer treatments and are having genitourinary issues.

Yes! It very much does. I was peeing every 90 seconds and definitely had urge incontinence until I started estrogen cream.
