Just an update -

My husband brought her to a new pediatrician last month after I posted it here. The doctor gave her nebulizer with albuterol, very soon she passed out! They called 911 and waited for an ambulance to come (it took about 10 mins for the ambulance to come) and she’s back to consciousness in the ambulance (it’s about 15 mins that she’s unconscious). She got checked in ER and everything looks fine and we brought her home the same day. They don’t know when she’s passed out. The doctor said it could be seizure, but my husband said it doesn’t look like that at all. She had 5 seizures in one day last year (when she’s 16 months) probably due to low blood sugar after diarrhea/vomiting (no fever). But since then, she didn’t have anything.

She’s again in the similar situation days ago (4th time in 4 month) - cough so much to vomit a few times, shortness of breath, running nose (no fever) but seems getting better the second day, still a bit cough now.

I scheduled allergist appointment for next week to check out.

Besides that, we’re trying to find anything wrong with our house/her room. We changed air filters, get dryer vent cleaned, using air purifier…

We’ve determined that the air coming out of the AC supply duct in one of her bedrooms is dirty. I put an air purifier next to it and the machine detected significant PM2.5 especially when it’s running. The closer to the duct, the more PM2.5. I tried this in another bedroom, and there was no PM2.5. Does it mean that our HVAC system overall is ok, but there is some issue (e.g., trapped debris) in the pipe close to the one supply duct? Is it related to her health issue?

OP here, my husband brought her to a new pediatrician and called saying the ox is 90, they would do another time in 10 mins, it’s it’s still 90, he will need to bring her to hospital. Then my husband called saying our daughter just passed out when doing atomizer and they called 911, waiting for ambulance now

personally i would take to the ER. lay people aren't amazing at using pulse ox

Have you tested her for COVID?

Third time in three months = you need to follow up. At least with PCP and I would say pulmonologist. She may have asthma. Our PCP missed it.
Or could be long virus made worse by the bad air quality or something else. But get checked out.
Best wishes for good health do all of you! Can you get a sitter or borrow a nanny for a few hours to at least let you nap???

Yes, we checked after dinner. It’s 96.
Last month, it’s 93/94 at the same situation.

My second daughter is coughing a lot (cough to throw up/vomit a few times) and having fast breathing (33 times/min when sleeping now) with a low fever 100.3. It’s the third time like this in three months. The previous two times, the symptoms just go away in 48 hours itself without any treatment. Last month, we brought her to pediatrician (blood oxygen 94, breathing 30-40/mins). They said we can either go to ER or stay home. So we stayed home and she’s all good the second day…

Is it bronchiolitis? Shall we do anything about it?

Our oldest daughter is coughing a lot lately as well especially at night, without other symptoms.

At least our baby is fine right now.

Our whole family had some sort of stomach bug last week and then symptoms of cold now…

These nights are tough, sick kids and breastfeeding baby
