We stayed at the Radison Blu very near the airport last year.

Just stay in a hotel by the airport and worry about getting coffee after you clear airport security.

So I'm staying with my friends in the Algarve region of Portugal and will need to get back to Lisbon for an 11:30AM flight, so I think I'd rather actually stay overnight in Lisbon rather than scramble for a 3 hour bus or train in the morning. Does anyone have any recommendations for a decent (not fancy) hotel, that is near a cafe that will be open early enough to chill out before I catch a midmorning flight? More realistically, a hotel that has a good cafe, I don't imagine that many places would be open at 7am in that part of Europe.
