There are no great rooftops in DC, the city of the Low Skyline.

Food, hands down.

It really depends on the guests. To me, "seeing" a new city is all about trying its best cuisine. I hate paying extra for sub-bar drinks/food just for a view.

There’s a larger degree of difference in views, than food taste. I’d go with view, if it catches DC.

Enjoying a great view for a while is priceless. Food is soon forgotten.

Can you ask your guests? Really depends on what they like.

Imo, not worth paying more for subpar food just for a view. These rooftop places often don’t have great food.

Take them to a good restaurant and then go sightseeing.

We have guests coming to visit, not their first time in DC, but they want to see the city. I would like to take them to a roof top restaurant/bar. DH wants to focus on the best food first.

Which would be more important to most people. Thx
