Many times, but I remember the shock of when people appeared to be living normal lives (Desmond, Lily) and it turns out they were doing that on the island.

Most personally shocking for me was definitely Sixth Sense, but I was also like 8 years old when I watched it.

As an adult the most shocking is Us. I should have seen it coming but I didn't. I saw it coming in The Prestige but I still thought it was a great twist.

Yes for me Sixth Sense. I know that a lot of people thought it was super obvious though.
