I’ve only ever been with my spouse so have learned to satisfy that one person and that should be good enough, right?

For me, the biggest compliment is that we still have regular sex after 20 years of marriage and that she goes out of her way to keep that part of our relationship alive. Aside from that, other reasons include:

- She has O’s every time (we use toys to help). Even on the rare occasion that I finish first we do what it takes to get her over the top. These are actually really fun.

- I have a sense of humor and adventure but zero hangups. Want me to roleplay that hot scene from the Highlander novel for you? I’ll learn the accent and get a kilt. Honestly, sometimes this is really hot, other times we laugh too much - either way its a connection.

- I stay fit and am above average downstairs (not everyone cares but my wife likes it). I had an ex that used to frantically do lamaz breathing (lol) before I went in to try and relax herself enough for me. Anyway, dw seems to enjoy it which is all that matters because its not like I’m going to be dating anyone else.

It's random. One person's average is another person's you are great. A lot of it is mental-do I feel relaxed? Desired?

If you’re a woman - if YOU consistently enjoy yourself (as in, you finish) then you are good in bed.

If you are a man - if your partners consistently finish, you’re better than 90% of men.

People will tell you if you are though. Current bf says I’m the best sex of his life (and he said it unprompted) and every guy I’ve slept with has said I’m good at oral. So I just assume I am. If not they’re the weird ones for lying about it.
