I think it’s the agency level they have a review board of SESers from the agency. Which one are you applying to? Curious bc I’m thinking about it too

What’s the process in your agency after the SES Candidate Development Program interview and selection to the list of eligibles? Who determines selection into the program? Is it at the opm/department level or the sponsoring agency?
