I would look for a social skill group or summer camp.
Kids with ADHD generally understand appropriate social skills in the objective, but can't implement them effectively due to 1) lack of impulse control; 2) not being focused/checked in enough to "read the room." For this reason, traditional social skills classes and camps often don't work well to remediate their issues. I would 1) discuss changing or increasing medication; and 2) call around to PEERS programs to see if they may be a fit. This is the one type of social skills program that has been shown to have some impact.
