No, they are providing them on a rolling basis - I was "waitlisted" two weeks ago, but just got approved. There will be a ton of money available in August as people who didn't use the $750 have to forfeit their money. I have no idea how I'm going to spend that much money in a month and a half.
NP. When did you submit your original application? (also "waitlisted" and want to see at what application date are they granting funds).
I think VA handled it poorly - they should have had a need-based round first before the rich families who want to get their kids advanced math and AAP prep for the summer jumped in

I can understand being upset but the money is available for things like enrichment so as long as the rules are followed, it’s not gross to use the money available.
