I use plain olive oil soap. Any soap with fragrance causes stinging.

You do not go INSIDE the lips! Outside only. Then soap is fine. Inside is a water only area.

Yep, same. Been using it for 20 years and it works great for me. I avoid the peppermint and tea tree on nether regions though, as those types are too drying for my skin.

Clinique face wash, some goes on the face, some goes on the woo-woo. In the shower.

Dr Bronner’s soap. I’ve never had a problem with yeast or BV so I don’t worry about it being too harsh or whatever.

Clean hands and water, no soap.

I wash the outside with soap. Nothing wrong with that. I can't imagine what I would smell like if I didn't use soap. I sweat a lot in the summer.

This. Ask your gyn if you want, OP, but mucous membranes are not meant to be washed. They are self-cleaning. You can use a washcloth to wipe the folds, or use clean hands, like a lot of people do. Shower gel, soap, or God forbid special products for that area, are not necessary and can be irritating.

Soap is fine.

I am now learning at 45 that soap is bad. I ALWAYS used soap.
