I called and they said confirmation will come after the school acknowledges the position was accepted.

it took them 3 days to send the confirmation e-mail. I also called them they said to reply to the email, and they will send the confirmation email after.

Maybe we have to wait for them to verify the spot

We received the confirmation on June 13th.

Accepted Level IV Center at <Whatever your center school is>.

Bus stop location provided by transportation office: <Whatever mode of transportation for your kid. If walker will say walker, if bus rider will say bus rider, etc>

Depends; is it from the county? When we got our notice, there was a website it directed us to in order to accept.

If it's just an email from your local AART inviting you into the LLIV classroom (and not the county-wide program), then it's likely just an email response.

Do we just reply to the email AAP sent to accept level IV services? Do we need to fill out any additional forms?
