Unless you are up against a serious, serious plateau in your weight loss, the info seems like it would be superfluous at best. Anything significant is going to show up on the bloodwork at your annual visit.

Has anyone done this? How was it? Did it promote weight loss? I keep getting ads online (https://joinzoe.com/how-it-works-new). Annoying but I just clicked.

It sounds interesting, but it takes ~ 6 weeks to get the initial test kit and after the 2-week glucose testing it is ~ 9 weeks for results. 15 weeks is a long time to wait to get started! Would love to hear how it’s been for anyone who’s tried it.
