That is helpful, at least. I do think it would be beneficial to public health to know how many occurred at school or near school (open lunch).

That data is from MCPD, not MCPS.

And specifically, the fact that one of the more alarming ways drugs is getting in our schools is from student dealers.


Would teachers or janitors be more or less alarming?

Not true. MCPS has to record incidents that happen on school grounds. So there's some record somewhere.

The only data we got on youth overdoses was from MCPD, not any health agency btw. MCPD, MCPS and yes, MC DHHS all track this data and should be sharing it.

Any tally would be done by the county health department. Not all ODs happen at school.

Which school did the overdose happen?

In terms of if they're being tallied, maybe. In terms of whether they'll ever release the data if they have it? Hell no. MCPS doesn't want the bad press.

Which school was this at? I need verification since a lot of posters here just make things up to suit their preferred narrative.
