12:37 here. Like PPs have suggested, I hose the plants off if/when they get pollen on them. I can drag a hose into the porch from the yard. You could also get a hose that attaches to your kitchen faucet if you don't have an outdoor faucet or it's too much of a hassle. I can also carry the plants out to the yard and hose them off.
For the screens, I have a telescoping RV brush (like to a similar one at bottom of post) that I use to scrub the screens/walls/floor in the spring/summer. I just put some Dawn into a bucket, spray the walls/screens/floor with the hose and then dip the brush into the bucket, give everything a once over and rinse. Don't forget to wipe the blades of your ceiling fan if you have one.
