OP back to say thank you! Never heard of a telescoping brush or hose that attaches to kitchen faucet (my porch is on a higher level)

12:37 here. Like PPs have suggested, I hose the plants off if/when they get pollen on them. I can drag a hose into the porch from the yard. You could also get a hose that attaches to your kitchen faucet if you don't have an outdoor faucet or it's too much of a hassle. I can also carry the plants out to the yard and hose them off.

For the screens, I have a telescoping RV brush (like to a similar one at bottom of post) that I use to scrub the screens/walls/floor in the spring/summer. I just put some Dawn into a bucket, spray the walls/screens/floor with the hose and then dip the brush into the bucket, give everything a once over and rinse. Don't forget to wipe the blades of your ceiling fan if you have one.

I just move my house plants out there. Then move them back in during the winter/early spring.

If you water them regularly. They like water and some light, but it doesn’t need to be direct sun.

We sweep, blow, and hose everything periodically.

I just hose the entire screened in porch.

Impatiens and begonias for warm weather.

Why don’t you just blast plants off with a leaf blower on lowest setting? Pollen and dust gone. Done.

My screened porch isn't dusty/pollen covered because I clean it. If you want to know how, I'm happy to share. As far as plants on my north facing, screened on 2 sides porch, I have:
- Boston ferns that I got a Costco and bring in over the winter
- Corn plant (Dracaena fragrans) that I bring in over the winter
- Cuttings of hydrangeas that I'm rooting. I keep them on the porch so the squirrels don't get them
- Christmas cactus that I bring in over the winter.

It’s shady but warm. Thinking big leaves so it’s easier to wipe them?
