Has anyone had their local Starbucks change to using the Clover machines? I’ve gotten both drip and espresso and it’s now terrible (yes it wasn’t great before, but now it’s even worse). Drip coffee had grounds and sludge at the bottom and the cup and lid had coffee leaking out of it. The second time this happened, the barista put the original cup in an extra cup and the coffee still somehow had a slow leak out the bottom of the cup into my car.

Are Clover machines just glorified Keurigs? Because it tastes like it.

I’d happily go to an independent coffee store or other alternative, but there is a Dunkin (their coffee or cream gives me stomach issues) and a local shop (which serves sour coffee and is further away from work).
